Umurqulov, Husniddin
Аңдатпа
Heart failure is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide and remains a major challenge for modern healthcare systems. The increasing prevalence of cardiovascular diseases, population aging, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and obesity has contributed to the growing burden of heart failure. Recent advances in cardiovascular medicine have led to the development of innovative treatment strategies that significantly improve patient outcomes. This article examines contemporary approaches to heart failure management, including pharmacological therapy, device-based interventions, and advanced treatment options for severe cases. Particular attention is given to angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitors, beta-blockers, mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists, sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors, implantable cardiac devices, mechanical circulatory support systems, and heart transplantation. The article also discusses future perspectives in heart failure treatment, including personalized medicine, artificial intelligence, gene therapy, and regenerative medicine. The findings indicate that modern multidisciplinary approaches contribute to improved survival, reduced hospitalization rates, and enhanced quality of life among patients with heart failure.
