Аннотация
110 patients with lumbosacral dorsalgia - 45 (40,2%) men (average age - 37,9±5,4 years) and 65 (59,8%) women (average age - 41,1±6,1 years) were examined. In patients with lumbosacral dorsalgia with inflammatory markers in the blood, spondyloarthrozis and spondyloarthritis are often identified among the etiological diseases, the neurological symptomatology of which has its own peculiarities: In addition to pain in the lower back and legs, patients present complaints of morning stiffness of movements in the lumbosacral region - 72.7%, pain clearly felt at rest - in 28.1%, coldness in the feet - in 16.4% and numbness of the toes - in 10.9% of patients. Moreover, the severity of dorsalgia, muscle-tonic syndrome at rest and vertebro-neurological manifestations (according to VAS, MTS and SCSVNSS) were more pronounced than in patients without signs of inflammation. Finally, more pronounced values of MMP-8 and TIMP-1 were detected in the confirmation of inflammatory markers by ELISA study.
