Аннотация
In recent years, there has been growing interest in the use of laminoplasty for the treatment of multilevel cervical stenosis in the international medical literature. The implementation of this technique requires comprehensive evaluation of both short- and long-term outcomes, including analysis of complications and the recovery process. Cervical laminoplasty is used to achieve posterior decompression of the spinal cord in cases of cervical spondylosis, ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament, intervertebral disc herniation, congenitally narrow spinal canal, or a combination of these factors. This technique was first described by Oyama in 1973 and has undergone numerous modifications since then. Alternative surgical options include anterior decompression (corpectomy, discectomy) with spinal fusion, or laminectomy with or without posterior instrumentation. Although these procedures are effective and reliable, they are associated with a higher risk of complications. Therefore, further investigation and refinement of the laminoplasty technique are necessary.
