Аннотатсия
Despite advancements in spinal injury treatment, the tactical and technical aspects of managing compression fractures of the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae remain a pressing issue. Post-traumatic spinal deformities often result from inadequate conservative therapy, delayed diagnosis in polytrauma cases, undetected fractures, and a rise in low-energy injuries associated with systemic diseases. These challenges have driven the adoption of minimally invasive techniques, such as immersion transpedicular repositioning osteosynthesis, which reduces surgical trauma while preserving the benefits of transpedicular fixation. The method minimizes tissue damage by using screws in adjacent vertebrae to apply ligamentotaxis via the posterior longitudinal ligament, repositioning the fractured vertebra anteriorly and reducing stenotic complications.
