PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL DISORDERS AND MEDICAL PSYCHOLOGICAL APPROACH TO PATIENTS IN PARKINSON'S DISEASE (LITERATURE REVIEW)

Аннотация
Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder clinically characterized by three main symptoms: bradykinesia, resting tremor, and muscle rigidity. However, PD is a complex, heterogeneous disease with a wide spectrum of clinical manifestations. In addition to movement disorders, many non-motor clinical signs are characteristic of PK, and these non-motor signs appear much earlier than motor signs and significantly affect the patient's quality of life. Among these non-motor signs, psycho-emotional disorders form a separate group. One of the leading places among the researches conducted on PD is occupied by scientific works aimed at studying the factors that worsen the quality of life of patients. Taking into account the specific negative impact of PK on the patient's quality of life, the development of individual treatment measures for the disease remains a promising task. Accordingly, various psycho-emotional disorders (PEB), including emotional, cognitive, behavioral (povedenie) disorders, fatigue, sleep and endurance disorders, are now being studied separately. From this point of view, in this article, we analyzed various international research studies that investigated PEB in PD patients, and the results of our analysis are presented below.
