Annotatsiya
Pain syndrome is a common non-motor manifestation of Parkinson’s disease, observed in the majority of patients and significantly reducing their quality of life. The main forms include musculoskeletal, dystonic, neuropathic, and central pain. Their severity is associated with the progression of motor disorders and psycho-emotional disturbances. Effective management requires a comprehensive approach: dopaminergic therapy remains the cornerstone of treatment, antidepressants and antiepileptic drugs are effective for neuropathic and central pain, while non- pharmacological methods and deep brain stimulation enhance therapeutic outcomes.
