Жураева Дилрабо Нарзуллаевна, Саноева Матлюба Жахонкуловна
Abstract
This review article is dedicated to the problems of vaccination, their relevance. The necessity of vaccination is being proven, each of which has its own timing and requirements for implementation. Data from far abroad on the prevalence of infectious diseases, mortality, and how vaccinations were gradually implemented to prevent them are presented, and the dynamics of vital indicators before and after preventive vaccinations are shown. Brief historical moments of the introduction of vaccinations, their justified necessity as medicine develops, are described. Opinions equated to myths regarding the implementation and recommendation of vaccines among the population are demonstrated, and facts from opposing clinical trials are presented regarding the necessity of this procedure. It also mentions the existing contraindications to vaccination and possible post- vaccination complications. The above observations indicate, first of all, that the cancellation or reduction of vaccination coverage naturally leads to a rapid increase in infectious diseases, and the resumption of vaccinations - to the cessation of the outbreak.
