Cephalgic Syndrome and Its Clinical, Neurological, and Paraclinic Features in Children with Post-traumatic Encephalopathy

In recent years, there has been an increase in craniocerebral injuries in children, among which mild craniocerebral injuries account for 78% to 86%. In the long-term period, in 40-86% of cases, the formation of morphofunctional consequences leads to persistent psychoneurological disorders. Pathomorphological changes, vascular disorders, pathology of specific and nonspecific brain structures, autoimmune reactions, premorbid condition, child's age, personality characteristics of victims determine the severity of clinical manifestations.
