Annotaciya
The novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) has a significant impact not only on the somatic condition but also on the neuropsychiatric status of patients. The study of cognitive and psychoemotional disorders in young individuals who have recovered from this disease is of particular relevance, as this group represents a substantial proportion of the socially active population. The article examines the structure of cognitive impairments, including memory decline, attention deficits, and executive dysfunction, as well as psychoemotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and asthenic syndrome in young patients during the post-COVID period. Possible pathogenetic mechanisms are analyzed, including neuroinflammation, hypoxia, and vascular disturbances. The importance of early diagnosis and a comprehensive approach to the rehabilitation of this category of patients is emphasized.
