Abstract
One of the most pressing problems of modern neurology worldwide is the early detection and clinical prognosis of multisystem disorders that occur against the background of neurodegenerative diseases, in particular Parkinson's syndrome. Parkinsonism is traditionally characterized mainly by motor disorders (bradykinesia, rigidity, tremor) and cognitive deficits. However, fundamental and clinical research conducted in recent years shows that this disease is not limited to the central nervous system, but affects various physiological systems of the body, leading to the gradual depletion of its general homeostatic reserves.
