Аннотация
To evaluate the clinical significance of post-stroke cognitive and affective disorders, determine their impact on the rehabilitation process, and analyze the effectiveness of early diagnosis and comprehensive rehabilitation based on modern international scientific research, the study included 87 post-stroke patients aged 18 to 74 years. The primary group comprised 48 patients (55.1%) with first-ever ischemic stroke, while the comparison group consisted of 39 patients (44.9%) with recurrent ischemic stroke. Cognitive functions were assessed using MoCA and MMSE scales, whereas anxiety and depressive symptoms were evaluated using the HADS scale. Post-stroke cognitive and affective impairments significantly affect patients' functional recovery, daily activities, and active engagement in the rehabilitation process. Early application of standardized assessment scales such as MoCA, MMSE, and HADS enables the identification of high-risk patients. A comprehensive strategy integrating cognitive training, physical exercises, psychological support, and personalized rehabilitation represents a promising approach.
