IMPLEMENTATION OF EFFECTIVE CONTRACTUAL MODES OF ATTRACTING INVESTMENTS IN EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIES OF THE ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
This work considers the issues of legal regulation of attracting investments in extractive industries of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the example of introducing effective contractual modes of attracting investments in the extractive industries of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From the point of view of objective and legal analysis, the existing contractual modes of attracting investments in the extractive industries are examined using the example of concession agreements and production sharing agreements. Promising contractual modes of attracting investments are considered on the example of service contracts and a number of other types of contracts. Based on the study, recommendations are proposed on legislative consolidation of the variety of legal modes of attracting investment in the extractive industries of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
