Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of countering cybercrime, taking into account the development of modern information and communication technologies, and the use of the Internet by young people. The article deals with the practice of fighting cybercrime and the trend of constant development of young hackers. In conclusion, proposals and recommendations were developed to improve measures to counter cybercrime in higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
