Abstract

The article provides the analysis the legal status of board of attorneys and advocacy firm as advocacy structures, the necessity of its precise definition was investigated both from a theoretical point of view and through the prism of legislation. The article contains the considerationof peculiarities of the legal status of board of attorneys and advocacy firm as advocacy structures, and specific proposals for improving legislation are given.
