Аннотация

This article provides a detailed analysis of the current state of adoption of legislation, its dissemination to executors and the public, legal mechanisms, their advantages and existing problems, foreign experience, historical processesin this area. Scientifically substantiated proposals have been made to fill the existing legal gaps in disseminating legislation to executors and the public, to further expand work on explaining legislation to the population in an accessible language, with wider use of the media, widespread media coverage of official and unofficial comments by scientists and experts in the field of regulatory -legal acts related to the development of the legal culture of the population and citizens.
