TRENDS AND DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL REGULATION OF FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This article analyzes the trends and development of legal regulation of foreign investment in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Views were expressed as investments included in innovative investments include the development of a new generation of technical devices and technologies. In addition, topical issues related to minimizing risk in the implementation of innovative investments in the national economy are described. Proposals are given on the application of national regulations as an important guarantee for investors in reducing the risk for investors and in cooperation with government agencies.
