LEGAL AND PROCEDURAL ISSUES OF THE PARTICIPATION DEFENDER AT THE STAGE OF PRE-INVESTIGATION INSPECTION

The article reveals a deep analysis of the stage of pre-investigation inspection and the role of the defense in it, as well as the procedural status of the defender, in addition, a scientific discussion with the opinions of many scientists in this area is held. The aim of the article is to draw attention to the problems that arise today in law enforcement practice due to the failure to protect the rights of persons in respect of whom a pre-investigation inspection is carried out, and to present scientifically based solutions to these problems. The author gives suggestions for the development of a mechanism for the implementation of the right to defense during pre-investigation inspection actions.
