AMATEUR AND SPORTS HUNTING AGREEMENTS

Abstract
This article provides an analysis of scientific and theoretical views on the nature of contracts in the field of hunting for sports and amateur purposes, the procedure, form, conditions for their conclusion, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties. In particular, given that these agreements do not have a special legal order in the Republic of Uzbekistan, information is provided on what should be included in the terms of such agreements in foreign countries.
