ENSURING THE RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF THE INDIVIDUAL IN THE ACTIVITIES OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS

Abstract
The article deals with the issues connected with ensuring the rights and freedoms of the individual in the activities of internal affairs bodies, objective and subjective factors that negatively affect it. There were reports causing excitement about torture, ill-treatment and humiliation treatment towards suspects who committed crimes by some interviewers and investigators who serve in the organs of internal affairs as Kattakurgan, Chirakchi districts and Andijan city and republican statistics of such cases are shown. In order to ensure the rights and freedoms of the individual in the activities of internal affairs bodies, registration and formalize applications and complaints about crimes in electronic form (single register), the introduction of “Electronic criminal case” at all stages of criminal proceedings is proposed.
