Аннотация
The article concerns the study of legal regulation of intellectual property rights in sports, clarification of the concept of copyright and related rights in the sports context, classification of intellectual property in sports context, contractual regulation, implementation and protection of intellectual property in the field of physical education and sports. Additionally, in ascertaining the main objects of intellectual property law in the field of sports, the scientifically grounded views of foreign scholars conducting research in this area are presented.
