APPLICATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES IN THE FIELD OF ANTI-CORRUPTION

Аннотация
The article provides a brief, scientific analysis of the problem of administrative procedures on the example of applying the principles. The principles are considered in conjunction with the concept of "corruption", namely the author investigates the principles as a measure to prevent corruption. To achieve these goals, the article provides practical examples of the implementation of the principles of administrative procedures. Proposals are presented to "revive" the need to comply with the principles and increase their role in the legal system. The article also examines such concepts as "nullity", "invalidity" of administrative acts as measures to prevent corruption.
