SEPARATE FEATURES TO PROVE AT INVESTIGATION OF CYBERCRIMES

Аннотация
In article problems which are connected with separate features to prove at investigation of cybercrimes are analyzed. These features reflect algorithm of actions directed on detection, collecting, check and an estimation of a new version of the proofs expressed in the digital (electronic) form. Foreign experience and opinions of scientists on concept and essence of digital (electronic) proofs, an order of carrying out of the investigatory action (survey) directed on their gathering, fixing and definition of criminally-remedial features of the given kind of proofs is studied.
