BASIC DIRECTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF JUDICIAL EXPERTISE IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The article examines the current state of forensic activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan, its departmental differentiation and legal support. Novels in national legislation are revealed, such as the creation of non-governmental forensic organizations; determination of the procedure for retraining, advanced training and legal knowledge of forensic experts of non-governmental forensic institutions; maintaining the Unified Register of persons who received a certificate confirming their professional competence in the relevant specialization. Taking into account foreign experience, the author defines the main directions of development for the further improvement of the forensic expert activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
