AT 100, LIFE IS JUST BEGINNING OR HISTORY OF LEGAL EDUCATION IN UZBEKISTAN (1917-1928)

Abstract
In the publication, the author examines the formation of legal education in the Turkestan Region, which laid the foundation for the formation of a system of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel for the prosecutor's office, courts, investigators, as well as the bar. This aspect is practically not considered by the national researcher from the point of view of jurisprudence. The purpose of the article is to study and analyze the development of legal education in the conditions of the dictatorship of the proletariat, as well as after the national separation. Despite the fact that its formation took place through trial and error, in the conditions of ruin, hunger and complete lack of funding, legal education found the strength to choose its own path and follow it further.All materials presented in the article are based on archival data of the National Archive of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as periodicals, which are stored in the National Library of Uzbekistan.Alisher Navai. The author's conclusions are based on a comparison of management approaches to legal education in the past and present.
