DEVELOPMENT OF INTERACTION BODIES OF PRE-TRIAL PROCEEDINGS IN THE CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
In this article, the author carefully examines the aspects of the interaction of pre-trial proceedings in the context of the development of digital technologies, as well as the problems identified in the course of the practical activities of pre-trial bodies on the application of the norms of criminal procedure legislation in this sphere. Through the analysis of the criminal procedural, operational-search legislation and law enforcement practice, the author puts forward proposals and recommendations for the active introduction of digital technologies into the activities of pre-trial production bodies to further improve the interaction of these bodies. This, in turn, will create the necessary prerequisites for the successful implementation of the tasks of the criminal process.
