Abstract

the article explores the improvement of the public procurement process through the use of intelligent contracting systems, mechanisms for the application of digital innovative technologies in procurement procedures, the specifics of the introduction of smart contracts. In addition, a SWOT analysis of the use of smart contracts in procurement processes was conducted, and the mechanism for implementing smart contracts was practically studied.
