LEGAL BASIS FOR REFUSALING FOREIGN LAW IN INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LAW

Abstract
The question of the application of foreign law in private international law is one of the most important and problematic issues of law enforcement practice. In this regard, the correct decision by the courts of the issue of the application and refusal to apply foreign law serves to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the parties in legal relations complicated by a foreign element. The article analyzes these issues and puts forward proposals for improving legislation and law enforcement practice.
