Abstract

The article analyzes the concept of an object of diversion as a terrorist crime and provides a scientific and theoretical description of their specific features. Analyzed the national legislation on the object of diversion, as well as the opinions of experts in the field of criminal law and criminology. Based on the results of the article, the author’s definition of the concept of the object of a diversioncrime developed.
