TRANSNATIONAL FINANCIAL CRIMES: THEORETICAL ISSUES

Аннотация
This article examines the genesis of "transnational financial crimes", "white-collar crimes" and "financial crimes", examines the possible harm that they can cause to the country's economy, and describes the differences between them by analyzing existing international documents, foreign experience, and scientific views. In addition, оn the basis of modern scientific views on the establishment of the concept, meaning and types of "transnational financial crimes" and "financial crimes" the author has formulated an appropriate definition and developed a proposal to establish the types of these crimes.
