ENSURING LEGALITY IN THE PROCESS PRIOR TO THE INVESTIGATION

Аннотация
The article deals with the urgent issues of ensuring of the rule of law in the stage of instigate criminal case. The author analyses the notion of legality, infringement of legality, authorities of the head of the investigation department on ensuring of the rule of law in the activity in the stage of instigate criminal case bodies on the basis of studying the norms of Criminal procedure and scientific literature. The pre-investigation investigation also includes measures to investigate criminal statements, messages and other information and take decisions based on the results of their consideration.
