ENSURING HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS DURING INVESTIGATIVE ACTIONS

The article examines the legal basis of ensuring human rights and freedoms during investigative actions, which are an important element of the criminal process, as well as scientific approaches on this issue. In particular, it analyzes the procedural order of limiting the rights of participants in investigative actions, the rules that must be observed when limiting the right to privacy. The conclusion is drawn about the protection of human rights and freedoms in criminal proceedings, the establishment of limits for the limitation of human rights, the establishment of conditions that must be observed when limiting the rights of the participants in the investigation, including the right to privacy.

В частности, анализируется процессуальный порядок ограничения прав участников следственных действий, правила, которые необходимо соблюдать при ограничении права на неприкосновенность частной жизни. В заключении дается выводы, касательно защиты прав и свобод человека в уголовном судопроизводстве, установлении пределов ограничения прав человека, условий, которые необходимо соблюдать при ограничении прав участников расследования, в том числе права на неприкосновенность частной жизни.The article examines the legal basis of ensuring human rights and freedoms during investigative actions, which are an important element of the criminal process, as well as scientific approaches on this issue.
