THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC AND ITS MEASURES IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD

Abstract
The article discusses the issues of an unprecedented crisis during the period of a pandemic, the adopted response methods to slow the spread of the virus in accordance with international law. The issues of emergency measures restricting the freedoms of citizens have been studied. The experience of foreign countries, the feasibility of a proportionate response to immediate threats and to the protection of human rights under the rule of law are analyzed.
