ISSUES OF IMPROVING LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
The article considers a gap in legislation in the field of international commercial arbitration in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In addition, in the article, the author conducted a comparative review of the norms of foreign countries providing for the formation of a permanent international commercial arbitration institution at organizations. In the final part of the article, the author gives her proposals for the development of an appropriate regulatory legal act as an addendum to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On International Commercial Arbitration”, which will provide for a mechanism for the establishment of an international commercial arbitration court in relevant non-governmental non-profit organizations.
