The article is devoted to the issues of determining legal personality of robots in international humanitarian law. Author considers the concept of "combat robots", the problem of compliance with humanitarian law in the context of digitalization, the issues of prohibition and restriction of use of robots in armed conflicts, as well as the prospects for legal regulation of the use of robots in the framework of international humanitarian law.
