FORMATION OF DIGITAL HUMAN RIGHTS AT THE PRESENT STAGE

Abstract
This article discusses the formation of the concepts of digital human rights. It analyzes in detail the theoretical and practical problems associated with digital human rights, in particular, reveals the essence of human rights in the era of digitalization, examines the various approaches of scientists in relation to digital human rights. The author made a number of theoretical conclusions and proposals for improving the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of digital human rights and formulated the author's definition of digital human rights.
