This article discusses the main novelties of the investment legislation of New Uzbekistan. The article proposes the author's systematization of the investment legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From the point of view of an objective and critical analysis, the key issues of the investment legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan are considered - novelties and significant shortcomings of the new unified legislative act of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of investment - the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On investments and investment activities". On the basis of the analysis carried out, a number of practical recommendations of a normative nature have been formulated.
