APPLICATION OF THE COMMISSION AGREEMENT IN THE FIELD OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Abstract
The author in this article analyzes the specifics of the application of the commission contract in the field of entrepreneurship, as well as the issues of the application of the construction of the commission contract in relation to movable and immovable property, as well as theoretical and practical aspects of works and services provided as an object of the agreement. In particular, on the basis of the commission agreement, practical opinions were expressed on the important advantages of using trade intermediaries, important requirements for the activities of professional intermediaries.
