ISSUES OF RESOLUTION OF ARBITRATION DISPUTES BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Аннотация
In our analysis, we focus on two common categories of artificial intelligence applications. First, we will consider what artificial technology market is now available to help arbitrators to fulfill their responsibilities more efficiently in terms of time and accuracy applications. Second, we analyze that artificial intelligence systems can replace human arbitrators. We have proved that the transition to the full artificial intelligence of arbitration is not impossible, and in recent еars, we have proved that it can be widely used in ordinary issues and disputes in cases. We also look at the appendices of artificial intellect for arbitration, especially to help arbitrators perform their own arbitration functions, or at the end.
