DEVELOPMENT ISSUES AND LEGAL REGULATION OF DIGITALIZATION OF MEDICINE IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Аннотация
This article examines the development of e-health in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the legal regulation of the digitalization of medicine, both at the global and national levels. Existing barriers and problems that need to be solved are identified. The international documents that form the basis of global digital health are analyzed, as well as the best practices of such countries as the USA, Japan, etc. The experience of Uzbekistan in the development of digital healthcare, as one of the branches of the digital economy of the state, is considered. The measures taken by the state, as well as the regulatory framework, which needs to be improved, were discussed. As a result of the study, practical proposals have been developed for the further development of an integrated digital health system, which will be developed by identifying and eliminating gaps and barriers, based on a legal and political framework.
