ISSUES OF EXERCISING THE RIGHTS OF PARTICIPANTS IN AN INSOLVENT (BANKRUPT) LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Abstract
This article describes the manifestation of signs of bankruptcy in the company, the rights of participants in the bankruptcy case, some restrictions that arise when participants exercise their rights in the bankruptcy process, the features of the manifestation of restrictions at each stage of bankruptcy, special rights that arise for a participant in the bankruptcy process, conditions for the implementation of the rights of participants, guarantees of their rights, as well as existing problems. In addition, in order to improve legislation, by studying foreign experience, opinions and suggestions are given.
