ENSURING OF “THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILD” AS A GUARANTEE OF THE REALIZATION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD: ANALYSIS OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL TREATIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the provisions of the principle of the best interests of the child from the point of view of international legal treaties regarding the rights of the child and their implementation in the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the analysis, the author puts forward practical conclusions.
