The author also put forward new legal mechanisms aimed at regulating labor relations, issues of their implementation, the importance of the institution of mediation as an alternative mechanism for resolving disputes when considering reinstatement cases in court, as well as the author’s proposals for eliminating problems arising in labor relations. connections.
