The article deals with the implementation of justice, the need to further improve the judicial system, the importance of the independence of courts in the implementation of justice, the opinions of foreign experts, the problems of legal responsibility of the judge, scientific and theoretical views on the definition of legal responsibility, as well as the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other legal documents. The rules on the authority of the established court, the legal status of the judge, its elements and specific features are described. At the same time, comments on the development of the industry were expressed.
