FUNDAMENTALS OF CONDUCTING PROSECUTOR'S CHECKS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LAWS AND CURRENT ISSUES OF THEIR REGULATION IN LEGISLATION

In this article, the prosecutor's arguments over the implementation of the laws, their specifics and the basics of conducting these investigations, responding to the documents of the prosecutor's supervision and the results of their investigation were discussed. Official statistics on the prosecutor's investigations carried out were cited. In the development strategy of the new Uzbekistan, the tasks envisaged in the prospects for the activities of the prosecutor's office are highlighted. Comparative-legal analysis of the basics and significance of conducting prosecutor's actions on the implementation of laws. The basis of the examination: network work plans, leadership instructions, jury decisions, appeals of natural legal entities, media reports, information about violations are studied analytically. The experience of a number of foreign countries has been comparative analyzed with our national legislation and proposals have been put forward.
