Аннотация
The article examines the role of international organizations in combating transnational financial crimes. The author analyzes existing scholarly views on identifying the main functions of international organizations in the field of combating transnational financial crimes and attempts to classify, based on these views, the active international organizations involved in the process of establishing a legal regime and harmonizing national legislation in the fight against transnational financial crimes, particularly money laundering and terrorism financing.
