STATE REGULATION IN THE FIELD OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract
Understanding the specifics of state regulation in the field of physical education and sports within the framework of current legislation is a complex and multifaceted task. The article analyzes the regulatory framework governing the sports sphere in the Russian Federation. The relevance of the issue is confirmed by the complexity and multicomponence, hierarchy of the existing management system of sports activities. In the process of in-depth study of the literature, the regulatory framework revealed the peculiarities of regulation in the field of physical culture and sports. The result of the work are the conclusions necessary for the further process of making managerial decisions in the field of sports and physical culture.
