INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT AND ISSUES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THE CRIME OF AGGRESSION

This article examines the issues of the international criminal crime of aggression in an evolutionary sequence. In particular, various multilateral international agreements are considered, as well as documents adopted within the framework of international organizations, such as the League of Nations, the United Nations, as well as the Statute of the International Criminal Court and the opinions of scientists on the problem of the international criminal crime of aggression. The article also focuses on the objective and subjective aspects of the crime of aggression, measures of responsibility in specific international criminal legal aspects in accordance with the Statute of the International Criminal Court, as well as theoretical and practical issues.
