The article analyzes the uncontrollability and unregulated nature of migration processes, as well as the positive and negative consequences of illegal migration. The social danger of crime, the special social importance of social relations are studied. The social danger of illegal migration and the need to establish criminal liability for it are substantiated. Also, suggestions and recommendations were developed regarding the socially dangerous consequences of illegal migration and issues of criminal responsibility for it, as well as their resolution.
