In this article, it is highlighted about prosecutor’s verifications on the implementation of the laws, their specifics and the purpose, subject, subject, object and documents of the prosecutor's control, their response and their results. Official statistics on the prosecutor's verifications carried out were cited. A scientific discussion has been initiated with the opinions of a number of legal scholars, and author's definitions of certain concepts have been developed. Comparative-legal analysis of the subject, means and significance of prosecutor's verifications on the implementation of laws. The experience of a number of foreign countries has been comparative analyzed with our national legislation and proposals have been put forward.
