Аннотация
Of particular importance is the issue of increasing the legal status of the legal service and further expanding its role and significance. From this point of view, based on an analysis of the historical processes of development of this institution, the article comments on the measures implemented to strengthen the rule of law in the activities of government bodies and legal service organizations in our country. and further strengthening the role and responsibility of legal advisers in the reform process. At the same time, brief information was given on the advantages of the new system of legal services, which is gradually being introduced into the system of the Ministry of Justice, and some conclusions were drawn regarding its positive aspects.
